Welcome. I am so glad you have found your way here.

My goal in our work together is to support symptomatic relief, and for you to feel confident and grounded in creating patterns that support who and where you want to be.

Let's connect

Therapy with me looks like

Giving space to what is present of mind while balancing exploration of historical context and influence, mindfulness and learning about your unique nervous system. It looks like slowing down and getting to know yourself … getting curious about why you are the way you are, why you act the way you do. It means creating a relationship with the parts of you that may have caused pain, confusion, disruption, addiction … offering them compassion and helping them to heal. We will get to know your system, your patterns, your parts and create space for healing and a better way of being.

All of you is welcome here. This work is hard. I also believe it to be magical, life changing … difficult, vulnerable, tender, painful. It is incredibly powerful to invest your money, energy, and time in understanding the intricacy of yourself. To deepen the understanding of those patterns, disrupt and make space for something different. My hope is to support you in creating a deeper awareness of yourself in order to nurture the relationship within you, and with those around you. For this space to be wholy effective, this work requires your energy both in and outside of session. During our time together, I might utilize talk therapy, somatic techniques, art therapy, writing techniques (among others) that support healing and deepen our understanding of your experiences.

Some of our time together will consist of working to explore your experiences throughout childhood and adolescence in order to frame how that existence influences your life today. What parts of you as a child show up in your life today? How have your childhood and adolescent experiences influenced the way you interact with the world? How you interact within relationships? How you interact with yourself?

“I am learning every day to allow the space between where I am and where I want to be to inspire and not terrify me.”
